Jon has been in the financial services industry for the past 15 years.
Originally a Financial Planner with a large UK Bank, Jon then set up his own Mortgage Brokerage eight years ago.
In October 2002 this business evolved into The Mortgage Store – with his brother Mark.

Mark has worked within the Mortgage/Financial sector for the past 18 years. His roles have included Financial Planning for one of the UK’s major banks and latterly a management role within a specialist Insurance Company.
He set up The Mortgage Store with his brother Jon in 2002. Their objective is to offer impartial mortgage advice complimented by a real focus on customer service.
Mark has worked within the Mortgage/Financial sector for the past 18 years. His roles have included Financial Planning for one of the UK’s major banks and latterly a management role within a specialist Insurance Company.

Jen is the newest member to join our team.
Jen previously worked as a Social Housing Adviser and prior to this within a large accountancy firm.
With this previous experience Jen has very quickly settled into her new role – responsible for the processing of Jon and Marks pipeline and the day to day running of our new St Albans office.

Sam joined The Mortgage store in June 2007. He comes from a retail background having gained 15 years at management level, and attaining a high level of expertise within customer services.
Sam’s role within the Mortgage Store is to liaise with new and existing clients in the specialist areas of mortgage, family and general insurance.

Lisa joined The Mortgage Store in January 2008. Lisa comes from an administrative background in the Financial Services Industry which has helped her gain valuable Customer Services skills. Lisa is now advancing her skills further with knowledge of the Mortgage Industry.
Lisa is a valuable member of the Customer Services Team at St. Albans and is responsible for the processing of Jon Deane’s mortgage cases. Lisa has adapted to her role very quickly and has built strong relationships with clients.

Jo joined the Mortgage Store in Milton Keynes in March 2004 having worked previously for a national chain of Estate Agents within their Customer Retention Division.
Jo is responsible for running the Milton Keynes Office on a day to day basis ensuring that our Administrative Service Standards are maintained and continue to offer our Clients a premier service.

Nicholas decided he wanted a new challenge and completed his exams and was signed off 8 months later. He is eager to prove himself in his new role.
