Our comprehensive, on-going support and administration package results in a strong relationship between
The Mortgage Store and franchisees – a “partnership relationship”.
Franchisees will be given a territory so that they can grow their own business and each territory offers an excellent opportunity to build a highly profitable and successful business in a large geographic area. We will actively assist and support franchisees to grow sales revenues in their designated territory and will work collaboratively with them.
Our support begins during the recruitment process when we work with our franchisees to enable them to put in place a realistic business plan including both revenues and expenditure.
After joining our network Franchisees will be placed in the hands of our training team to be brought up to speed on all our systems and processes, we will even train an Administrator for you when you add them to your business.
All our training is 1:1 and delivered by people who actually use the systems and supported by User Guides.
But our training doesn’t end there, we will work with you during the launch of your business ensuring that all your systems and processes are working well, and once up and running we will hold regular business development meetings with all franchisees.
We will also manage a social and digital media marketing programme on an
ongoing basis for your business.
It really is a “Partner Relationship”.
Our approach to the finances is also very straight forward and is yet another demonstration of
wanting to work with our Franchisees to build a successful and sustainable business.
There is NO upfront Franchise Fee.
As a major player within the network we are able to offer commissions on products
and services which we pay monthly.
There are a number of small monthly costs for systems/software but we will share
these with you during the business planning phase.
We already have self-employed Mortgage Advisors so we have a great feel for how businesses work.
Once you have seen our Prospectus and had an initial chat on the telephone joining our franchise network is very straightforward and we have built a number of key steps that will enable both parties to make the best informed decision as to whether the franchise opportunity is the best fit.
We will invite you to one of our offices to have a more detailed chat about the opportunity and this is a great opportunity to meet with some of our team-we would expect you to sign a Non-Disclosure Document which we would send to you before our meeting
After the meeting we will send to you our Business Planning Kit that will enable you to plan for the future and we will be on hand at any time to answer any queries
We will also send to you a copy of our standard Franchise Agreement
Once the Business Plan and the Franchise Agreement are in place we will work with you to ensure that you gain “Network Authorisation” in a timely manner
